Hi Patrick,

Thank you so much for everything.  I was worried that having to choose and order a headstone, out of state, thru mail and emails would be a challenge.  You made the process very easy.  The outcome is exactly what we wanted because you took the time to listen and visit the grave site.  You are awesome and I have enjoyed working with you.  I will refer you to all my friends back there.

I hope to be back in Genoa City in October to see Dad's monument in person and maybe meet you.
